Happy Ash Wednesday!
A nice season begins today—The season of Lent.
The lent season every year, including 2024, is a 40 days of celebration of our Redeemer’s grace for partaking the ultimate sacrifice in the name of divine countenance and favor of mankind. The season is a time of reflection and penitence leading up to the Easter Sunday celebration. Time for fish fry Fridays in full force until we come to Good Friday. This also is a sign of spring will be coming.
