Today’s featured photo! The feature is: Florida

With the NASA Program back in full gear again, I am sharing today’s featured photo. So, right now I am featuring photos of NASA in Cape Canaveral, Florida. Here is a photo of the Vehicle Assembly Building while on the bus tour through NASA. Very interesting! Date – March 1997.

001

Photo taken through the bus window with a Nikon FE camera through a Nikon 26 mm lens, filter=polarizer, Aperture=8 f/stop, shutter-speed 1/125th second, loaded with Fujicolor 400 Color 135 Negative Film processed with C-41 Processing Chemicals, and a Type C Print using the RA-4 enlargement paper process, onto a 3½x5″ semi-gloss print.

NOTE:  The purpose of a polarizer has more than one purpose. In this instance, I had two situations whereby the polarizer is useful, but only one end result is the actual photo. The situations were a great and enhanced photo on the outside of the bus which was cut reflection of the elements including the sand and a vivid blue sky. Then there was the need to cut reflection from taking a photo through a glass window. I had the balance between the two needs as best as possible. The polarzier parallax barrier in this case is that the maximum of controlling the two needs do not balance at the same point so I had to balance between the two needs as good as possible.

Another fine NASA photograph to follow very soon of the great State of Florida!!
