Photos: Full Cold Super Moon on December 4th

Weather did permit to catch the awesome way long Super Cold Moon in December for the third of four Super Moons of this supermoon season. We had the first in October (Full Harvest/Hunter’s Moon), the second in November (Full Beaver Moon). After this, there is only one more more: the last in January. Here are photos of December 4^th‘s Full Cold Super Moon! Enjoy!!.

Here is the photographic bonus event number two, the Full Cold Moon on 12/04/25 in Oak Forest, Illinois. The event was so cold, it was below zero, at -2°F–so I did not go outside, I photographed through the window pane.

Photos taken with a Samsung Galaxy S24 with the factory triple camera system: 50 MP sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and OIS, ultrawide camera has a 12 MP sensor with an f/2.2 aperture and a 120-degree FOV, telephoto camera has a 10 MP sensor with an f/2.4 aperture and 3x optical zoom.

What a super astronomical event this was, and all of this year’s events were!!
