Here is today’s featured photo flower presentation. To let 2024 shine bright, I am featuring fine photos of flowers, continuing to honor the brighter side of life again this year. Today’s Flower of the day is the Daisy.

The Daisy, or the Bellis Perennis of the Asteraceae family are a great mid-summer sight to change the mood to summer right away:

Daisy:
Flowers are medium: 2 to 5 inches, bloom early summer to early fall, and attract bees and butterflies–and are not recommended to the cat owner:

• Spacing : 6 to 8 inches (15cm – 21cm)
• Height : 6 to 16 inches (15cm – 41cm)
• Width : 6 to 12 inches (15cm – 31cm)
• Exposure : Full Sun to partial shade
