Because of the beauty from the eye in the sky. . .I am featuring a .GIF of the whole loop of Pacific Hurricane Dora, which remained over water for the whole duration, starting out in the western waters of the Caribbean east of Nicaragua at 12°N & 83°W, not being named until crossing over the land and entering the waters of the Pacific, migrating mostly westward and turning into a hurricane at 17°N & 112°W, migrating further, going into and clear through the whole central satellite zone, completely passing below Hawaii and then being renamed as Typhoon Dora and disappearing off the GOES satellite system into the western Pacific 27°N & +170°E as a category 1. Dora only migrated 15°N on its whole 4000 mile trek going westward in the Pacific, being just over one-sixth of the span of the Earth. Dora’s maximum category 4 hurricane, but only affected the waters of the Pacific. The storm is featured all on two loops, one of the eastern Pacific zone and one of the central Pacific zone, on .GIPHY. Then the two videos are spliced together to make one YouTube video of Dora’s whole trek:
