Consumers who purchased Cottonelle, Scott, Huggies Pull-Ups,  Poise and/or Kotex-branded flushable wipes between Feb. 21, 2008, and May 19, 2022, may be entitled to a payment of up to $7 without proof of purchase or up to $50.60 with proof of purchase. The company settled two class action lawsuits alleging that its flushable.

JVVCI (Contact Lenses)
Alcon & JVVCI Consumers who bought contact lenses disposable contact lenses manufactured by Alcon, JJVC, CVI, or B&L between June 1, 2013 and December 4, 2018 and subject to the Unilateral Pricing Policy may be eligible for cash payment. The companies reached a settlement over allegations of antitrust violations.
08/22/22 Capital One
(Data Breach)
Capital One Capital One agreed to a settlement as a result of a cyber attack on Capital One’s computer systems. Capital One announced the data breach in July 2019. Class members are eligible for cash payment, reimbursement of out of pocket expenses, identity theft defense services and restoration services.

Chicken of the Sea;
Thai Union; StarKist Co.; Lion Capital
Residents of certain states who indirectly purchased packaged tuna products that were smaller than forty ounces from the defendants between June 1, 2011 and July 1, 2015 may be eligible for cash payment. Chicken of the Sea and Thai Union reached a settlement over allegations of antitrust violations.
08/31/22 Western Union
(Fraud Phase 2)
Western Union Consumers who were victims of fraud and made wire transfers through Western Union between Jan. 1, 2004, and Jan. 19, 2017, and did not submit a previous claim may be eligible for a remission payment. Western Union will provide $586 million in consumer refunds to settle a Federal Trade Commission and US Department of Justice.

Inc.
American Bank Systems greed to a settlement as a result of a cyber attack on ABS’ computer systems between October and November 2022. Class members are eligible for cash payment and reimbursement of out of pocket expenses.

(Lash Boost)
Consumers who bought Lash Boost from Rodan & Fields between October 1, 2016 and March 11, 2022 may be eligible for cash payment. The company reached a settlement over allegations of failing to disclose that the products contain the ingredient Isopropyl Cloprostenate.
09/08/22 Volkswagen
(Engine Water Pumps)
Volkswagen Alleged that certain 2014-2021 Volkswagen and Audi vehicles have defective engine water pumps. Consumers who purchased or leased these models may be eligible for warranty extension and reimbursement for past repairs.
09/22/22 Facebook
(Internet Tracking)
Facebook Facebook agreed to a $90 million settlement over allegations of improperly collecting data from Facebook users who visited non-Facebook websites. Facebook users who visited non-Facebook websites that displayed the Facebook Like button between April 22, 2010 and September 26, 2011 may be eligible for cash payment.
09/24/22 Salmon (Direct
Purchaser Antitrust)
Salmon Consumers who directly bought farm-raised Atlantic salmon from the defendants between April 10, 2013 and May 26, 2022 may be eligible for cash payment. The defendants reached a settlement over allegations of antitrust violations.
09/24/22 Google (BIPA) Google Illinois residents who appeared in a photograph uploaded to Google Photos between May 1, 2015 and April 25, 2022 may be eligible for cash payment. The company reached a settlement over allegations of violating Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act.
09/30/22 NGK; DENSO
(Spark Plugs)
NGK; DENSO Consumers who bought spark plugs directly from NGK or DENSO between January 1, 2000 and February 4, 2019 may be eligible for payment. The companies reached a settlement over allegations of antitrust violations.

NGK; DENSO Consumers who bought oxygen sensors directly from NGK or DENSO between January 1, 2000 and February 4, 2019 may be eligible for payment. The companies reached a settlement over allegations of antitrust violations.

Ace weed killers)
Monsanto Consumers who purchased certain Roundup®, HDX®, or Ace® brand weed and grass killer products may be eligible for payment. Monsanto agreed to settle allegations that its failure to disclose that the products’ active ingredient, glyphosate, could potentially cause cancer or other adverse health effects constituted false advertising.
10/31/22 Mead Johnson & Co.
(Enfamil formula)
Mead Johnson & Co. Consumers who purchased certain Enfamil brand products between Jan. 1, 2017, and June 23, 2022, may be entitled to a payment. The settlement is the result of a lawsuit claiming that Mead Johnson inflated the number of bottles its Enfamil formula products could make.

Person or business in the United States, its territories, and the District of Columbia who purchased, for personal use, any Covered Product may submit a Claim Form to receive 25% of the average retail purchase price, up to $100, for purchases of fairlife Milk Products and FOF Milk Products, if the products were purchased for personal use and not for resale, and were purchased on or before April 27,2022.

Tyson Foods Residents of certain states who purchased fresh or frozen raw chicken indirectly from certain chicken processors during the class period (various dates depending on state) may be eligible for cash payment. The companies reached a settlement over allegations of antitrust violations.
12/31/22 Electrolux
(Dryer)
Electrolux The lawsuit alleges that dryers contain defects that caused them to catch on fire due to lint buildup. Consumers who purchased certain dryers that was manufactured by Electrolux between January 1, 2002 and December 31, 2011may be eligible for reimbursement of future dryer fires.
05/12/23 Toyota (Prius
inverters)
Toyota Consumers who owned or leased a 2010-2015 Prius or 2012-2017 Prius V as of May 19, 2022, may be eligible for a repair reimbursement (including related car rental costs, towing charges, etc.) and/or a potential cash payment of up to $250.
