Today’s featured photo of the day! November’s feature is: California
Here is today’s featured photo. For the month of November I am featuring photos of California. Here is a great shot the San Gabriel Mountains. They are absolutely lovely and make the whole Los Angeles metro area a beautiful place! Date – November 1991.
Photo taken with a Nikon FE camera through a Nikon 26 mm lens, filter=polarizer, Aperture=16 f/stop, shutter-speed 1/250th second, loaded with Fujicolor 400 Color 135 Negative Film processed with C-41 Processing Chemicals, and a Type C Print using the RA-4 enlargement paper process, onto a 4X6″ semi-gloss print.
☼TIP: Widest angle lenses reach more area of the mountain range you are trying to photograph, unless there is something in particular that you are trying to zoom in on, usually resulting in a better photo. Choose any lens as long as it is 20mm or more, so the horizons are not distorted with a fish-eye effect. ☼
Eek! I did not forget about yesterday’s photo. I unfortunately had too much to do in one day. To make up for it, I will be having two BONUS photos of the day this month. They will be in between the normal photo, and labelled BONUS photo.
See you tomorrow with another fine photograph of my favorite state to vacation–California!!
