11/24/25 Evenflo (false claims) Evenflo Evenflo, which makes products for infants and small children, agreed to settle a case alleging that the company misled consumers into purchasing its “Big Kid” booster seats by claiming they were “side impact tested” and safe for children weighing 30 pounds or more when, allegedly, they were not as safe or thoroughly tested as promised in the product marketing materials. If you purchased an Evenflo “Big Kid” booster seat between Jan. 1, 2008, and Dec. 31, 2022, you may be eligible to receive payment and a credit toward a future Evenflo purchase.
12/03/25 Suffolk County (NY) (unconstitutional jail conditions) Suffolk County (NY) Suffolk County (NY) agreed to an $18 million settlement to resolve allegations that detainees and inmates are subjected to unconstitutional conditions in the county’s jails. If you are or were a detainee or inmate in the custody of the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Department and housed in the Suffolk County Correctional Facilities (SCCF) at any time between April 5, 2009 and May 27, 2025 (excluding anyone who is/was housed only in the separate Yaphank facility that opened in 2013), you may be eligible for payment.
12/09/25 Washington Nationals (age discrimination) Washington Nationals Baseball Club The Washington Nationals Baseball Club agreed to pay $3 million to settle allegations of age discrimination, in violation of the Washington, D.C. Human Rights Act, resulting from the organization’s denial of access for older baseball fans to a “Millennial” ticket discount. Consumers aged 40 or older who, between March 29, 2023, and March 28, 2024, purchased, on the Nationals or MLB.com websites, by phone or at the Nationals’ box office, an eligible single-game ticket to a Washington Nationals home baseball game scheduled to occur during the 2023 or 2024 MLB regular season may be eligible for a payment or a ticket credit.
12/14/25 Road Runner Sports (misleading automatic subscription renewals) Road Runner Sports Athletic shoe retailer Road Runner Sports agreed to settle a case alleging that the company failed to provide clear and conspicuous disclosures about the cost of VIP membership renewal and did not provide an easy way for consumers to cancel their memberships, in violation of California law. If you were enrolled in a Road Runner Sports VIP Rewards Membership in California between July 1, 2013, and May 1, 2025, and you were charged a fee to renew your membership, you may be eligible for a membership renewal discount, a free membership, and/or $15 or $25 in rewards cash, depending on your membership status. Settlement benefits are automatic for some members; currently enrolled members can receive additional benefits by filing a claim by Dec. 14, 2025.
12/15/25 Sport Squad/JOOLA (false claims) Sport Squad/JOOLA Sport Squad, the parent company of JOOLA, agreed to settle a lawsuit to resolve claims that the company falsely advertised its Gen 3 pickleball paddles as being USA Pickleball Association-approved. If you own a qualifying JOOLA “Gen 3” paddle (listed here) and did not accept JOOLA’s prior offer to tender and return your paddle(s), you may be eligible for payment or a Joola.com credit.
12/16/25 Treehouse Foods (frozen waffles recall) Treehouse Foods (frozen waffles recall) Treehouse Foods agreed to a $4 million settlement to resolve allegations that it sold frozen waffles later recalled because of a risk of listeria contamination. If you purchased frozen waffles under any of the qualifying brand names between Oct. 18, 2024, and Sept. 2, 2025, you may be eligible for payment.
12/18/25 AT&T (data breach) AT&T AT&T will pay $177 million to settle claims related to two data breaches that compromised consumers’ personal information or phone numbers/call data. If your information was compromised in either of the breach incidents that that were announced on March 30 or July 12 of 2024, you may be eligible for payment.
12/19/25 Arhaus (false advertising) Arhaus Home furnishings retailer Arhaus agreed to a $6 million dollar settlement to resolve allegations that it used fictitious, inflated original prices to mislead consumers into believing sale prices reflected greater discounts than they actually did. If you are a California resident who made a purchase on the Arhaus website between April 2, 2020, and Sept. 18, 2024, where both a sale price and a higher, non-sale price were displayed, you may be eligible for a store credit or cash payment.
12/29/25 PetSafe (false claims) PetSafe PetSafe and its parent company, Radio Systems Corporation, agreed to a $1.9 million settlement to resolve allegations that the company failed to disclose that its electronic collars were potentially unsafe, and not “harmless,” as advertised. If you purchased a qualifying PetSafe product, which includes electronic bark collars, pet barriers and fences, in California between Oct.1, 2018, and Oct. 31, 2022, you may be eligible for payment.
01/21/26 Google/YouTube (children’s privacy violations) Google/YouTube Google and YouTube agreed to pay $30 million to resolve claims that the companies violated privacy laws by allegedly tracking and collecting personal data from children under 13. Children under age 13 who watched YouTube children’s content (cartoons, nursery rhymes, etc.) between July 1, 2013, and April 1, 2020, may be eligible for payment.  
08/04/26 Shimano (defective crankset) Shimano Shimano, a manufacturer of bicycle components, agreed to settle allegations that certain of its Hallowtech II cranksets manufactured before 2019 are defective. If you purchased, received, were given and/or owned a bicycle with one of these cranksets, you may be eligible to receive benefits (extended warranty, enhanced inspections, and/or reimbursement of replacement costs) from a class action settlement.
03/29/27 Hyundai and Kia (defective airbags) Hyundai-Kia Automobile companies Hyundai and Kia agreed to a $62.1 million settlement to resolve allegations that certain of their vehicles contain defective airbag control units, which may fail during a collision. If you owned or leased a qualifying Hyundai or Kia vehicle (listed here) in the U.S. on April 14, 2025, you may be eligible for settlement benefits, which include reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses and a separate payment.
