Today’s Featured Flower Photo of the Day:
The Apache Beggarticks
Here is today’s featured photo flower presentation. To let 2025 shine bright, I am featuring fine photos of flowers, continuing to honor the brighter side of life again this year. Today’s Flower of the day is the Apache Beggarticks.
The Apache Beggarticks, or the Bidens ferulifolia, is a yellow herbaceous perennial often cultivated as an annual in cooler regions. It yields fragrant, daisy-like yellow blossoms that rise above delicately divided, fern-like leaves. This species is recognized for its robust growth and self-cleaning characteristics, indicating that it does not necessitate deadheading. Bidens ferulifolia is an excellent option for drawing butterflies to a garden and demonstrates heat and drought resistance once it is established.
