What is Cheesecake: Cheesecake is a delectable dessert that combines creamy fresh cheese, cream cheese or cottage cheese, eggs, and sugar on a base made from crushed graham crackers, cookies, pastry, or sponge cake. Cheesecakes can be enjoyed baked or unbaked and are commonly garnished with fruit, chocolate, or whipped cream. There are numerous delightful flavors to choose from when it comes to cheesecakes. However, today we celebrate the exquisite white chocolate cheesecake.

White Chocolate Roots: White chocolate is basically milk chocolate without any cocoa solids. The original milk chocolate recipe was created in 1875 by Swiss chocolatier Daniel Peter. White chocolate must have a minimum of 20% cocoa butter and 14% milk solids according to FDA regulations. It is crafted from a blend of cocoa butter, sugar, milk, vanilla, and lecithin.

Enjoying White Chocolate Cheesecake: Today, white chocolate cheesecake is still the very delicious dessert that it has always attained from back in the old days every year. More and more renditions and recipes have arisen in more recent years.Every year brings more recipes and great enjoyment.
