The History:
Origination: In 1894, the esteemed cheesemaker Peter McIntosh relocated to Tillamook County, Oregon, a region characterized by its frequent rainfall and perpetually lush grass. He imparted his extensive knowledge of cheese-making to the local populace, ultimately earning the title of “Cheese King of the Coast.” Presently, Tillamook boasts a greater population of cows than of residents, and the local farmers have established the farmer-owned cooperative now recognized as the Tillamook County Creamery Association. It is no surprise that cheddar is a staple in numerous recipes and serves as a delightful snack. Its rich, creamy, and occasionally crumbly texture is what entices us to indulge repeatedly, savoring each delectable bit. With approximately 2,000 different types of cheese, and cheddar cheese is one of the most favorites in the United States.

Natural Vitamin Supplement: Cheese is a nutrient-dense food, offering a variety of essential vitamins (A, B6, B12, D, and K), minerals (calcium, iodine, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, and zinc), fats, proteins, and other micronutrients.
