@Versatileer Presents the “Say No to Censorship” $25 PayPal Cash #Giveaway
Special Versatileer Highlight to Freedom & the 1st Amendment – Worldwide 18+
November 3rd, 2024 to January 20th. 2025, 11:01 am CST

It is a distraught situation when rights are violated. This is protected from government intervention. But what happens when these social media companies impose censorship on say, me at Versatileer. They say I violated their terms of service, but when I look through it, it is so vague they could ban everyone. The incidents of this are:

1. On Friday, July 7, 2023, Versatileer was permanently banned from the social media platform Mastodon. It stated that there was no mass posting allowed. So why did the company work out a partnership with WordPress to provide an API to post web posts to automatically share when published. Why is a small company like Versatileer not allowed to share with the world after all that? That question still remains a mystery. . .Versatileer banned Mastedon to be able to share any material and imposed  moratorium regarding the medium. See what it looks like to be banned from a social Media HERE: @Versatileer

2. On Sunday, October 6, 2024, Nextdoor.com, a San Francisco, U.S. based company banned me until Election Day. The posts that were the key points that 3 posts, 2 of which were from Xpresso Book Tours apparently were making Versatileer be banned for 30 days. Why did they wait until 10/6 to ban me for those posts, as those posts involved did not violate any community standards. I complained and appealed the matter, to no avail. Did they wait until that day because maybe some previous posts were labeled and they were waiting to censor Versatileer until election day? Why don’t they answer email or U.S. mail? Look at what it looks like to be banned HERE: 01zk4WYhqdN5HxXPH

3. On Saturday, October 26, 2024, why would Facebook remove the following post:

Happy National Tennessee Day – 2024

You look the post over, and tell me one thing in the post that violates a community standard. Of course, I appealed the decision with no avail. It remains an impossibility to ever try to reach a customer service representative at Meta in any way, shape or form. You cannot even use U.S. Mail with the myriad of Facebook’s corporate structure.

Do we want to keep having this style of censorship to continue today going into the future? Is anyone in agreement that the Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act is being used unscrupulously by social media to censor posts that have nothing wrong whatsoever as far as a violation? Do you believe as I do that the supposed censorship may indeed have discrimination of a small company written all over it?Say No to Censorship Emblem.png

  1. At the start of the Covid pandemic, I shared my experience of being in full isolation gear (as a hospital worker) on my personal social media page. I was pulled into my bosses office as they do not want the hospital to look badly – even though it was the truth and I was just venting (and scared). I had to remove the post.

  2. Instagram is the worst. It allows its use as a giveaway platforem with tags as entries, yet bans people (me) when you do that. Apparently there is an algorithm that limits tags but the parameters are not found in their terms of service. Totally arbitrary and no way to contact customer service.

  3. I was a teacher/ librarian and parents sometimes tried to have books removed from the collection for the silliest reasons.

  4. I had a lot of experiences with censorship my whole life, in a country where you couldn’t have a different opinion, watch certain news etc. I moved countries.

  5. I am with you 100% I and many other contest sweepers are also banned
from many social media sites. I am banned right now from Instagram and they say it is permanent. Just for entering a contest and tagging for an entry. It’s been months now I don’t miss IG at all. Some are banned from twitter too.

  6. I recently was put into Instagram “jail” for no reason at all. It happened twice in like three weeks and I am super careful about what I type on any social media post so I know I did nothing wrong at all. Oh and then they hide all and any contact information so you can’t get any help with the problem.
