07/17/22 On Point Global Fake DMV websites) On Point Global On Point Global lost a trial and must pay $85 million for running deceptive websites promising easy government services such as renewing a driver’s license. Consumers who paid for driver’s license or vehicle registration online on certain fake websites between January 2017 and December 2019 and didn’t receive a refund may claim.


On Point Global lost a trial and must pay $17 million for running over 200 deceptive websites that claimed to check whether people were eligible for government assistance programs. Consumers who provided payment and personal information to On Point Global websites in 2019 may be eligible for payment.

07/21/22 Wells Fargo
(ERISA Fee)
Wells Fargo Wells Fargo agreed to a $32.5 million settlement over claims that it breached its fiduciary duties under ERISA regarding its employees’ retirement savings. Current and former participants who invested in certain funds in their Wells Fargo 401(k) plan since March 13, 2014 may be eligible for payment.
07/25/22 Mylan (EpiPen) Mylan Consumers who paid for branded or authorized generic EpiPens between August 24, 2011 and November 1, 2020 may be eligible for cash payment. The company reached a settlement over allegations of antitrust violations. 
07/26/22 Whirlpool (Dishwasher Diverter Seal  eaks) Whirlpool Alleges that certain dishwasher models manufactured by Whirlpool between 2010 and 2017 have defective diverter seal leaks.  Consumers who purchased or were gifted with the qualifying dishwashers that were manufactured between 2010 and 2017 may be eligible for cash payment or rebate
07/26/22 Fitness Equipment
LLC (Sole Treadmill)
Fitness Equipment LLC Consumers who bought certain Sole Treadmill during the class period (various dates depending on state) may be eligible for cash payment and $100 Sole gift card. The company reached a settlement over allegations of falsely advertising the horsepower of the treadmill.
07/29/22 Compass Group USA (Finger Scan) Compass Group USA Consumers who scanned their  finger on Compass’s or 365 Retail’s vending machine in Illinois without written consent between August 23, 2014 and November 2, 2021 may be eligible for cash payment. The company reached a settlement over allegations of violating Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act.
07/29/22 Volkswagen (DSG Transmission) Volkswagen Alleges that certain 2010-2012 Audi S4 and Audi S5 vehicles have a defective DSG transmission.  Consumers who purchased or leased the covered models may be eligible for eligible for warranty extension, reimbursement for past repairs, and other reimbursement.
08/08/22 Solara Medical Supplies LLC (Data Breach) Solara Medical Supplies LLC Solara Medical Supplies agreed to a settlement as a result of a cyber attack on Solara employees’ email accounts between April 2, 2019 and June 20, 2019. Class members who received a data breach notice letter from Solara may be eligible for cash payment.
08/10/22 Britax Child Safety, Inc. (Child Seat) Britax Child Safety, Inc. Alleges that the Britax Frontier ClickTight Harness-2-Booster Seat and the Britax Pioneer Harness-2-Booster Seat manufactured between August 14, 2016 and September 30, 2019 are defective. California consumers who bought a new Britax Frontier ClickTight Harness-2-Booster Seat or Britax Pioneer Harness-2-Booster Seat between August 14, 2016 and August 14, 2020.
08/11/22 Morgan Stanley (Data Breach) Morgan Stanley Current and former Morgan Stanley clients who received a data breach notice letter in July 2020 and/or June 2021 may be eligible for fraud insurance and reimbursement for out-of-pocket losses. Morgan Stanley agreed to a settlement over allegations of failing to properly dispose IT devices that contained client information.
08/11/22 Allergan (Restasis) Allergan Residents of certain states who bought and paid the purchase price of Restasis between May 1, 2015 and July 31, 2021 may be eligible for cash payment.  The companies reached a settlement over allegations of delaying the less expensive generic version of Restasis and anticompetitive behavior.
08/22/22 Alcon & JVVCI (Contact Lenses) Alcon & JVVCI Consumers who bought contact lenses disposable contact lenses manufactured by Alcon, JJVC, CVI, or B&L between June 1, 2013 and December 4, 2018 and subject to the Unilateral Pricing Policy may be eligible for cash payment. The companies reached a settlement over allegations of antitrust violations.
08/22/22 Capital One (Data Breach) Capital One Capital One agreed to a settlement as a result of a cyber attack on Capital One’s computer systems. Capital One announced the data breach in July 2019. Class members are eligible for cash payment, reimbursement of out of pocket expenses, identity theft defense services and restoration services.
08/22/22 Chicken of the Sea and Thai Union (End Purchasers Antitrust) Chicken of the Sea; Thai Union; StarKist Co.; Lion Capital Residents of certain states who indirectly purchased packaged tuna products that were smaller than forty ounces from the defendants between June 1, 2011 and July 1, 2015 may be eligible for cash payment. Chicken of the Sea and Thai Union reached a settlement over allegations of antitrust violations.
09/06/22 American Bank Systems, Inc. (Data Breach) American Bank Systems, Inc. American Bank Systems agreed to a settlement as a result of a cyber attack on ABS’ computer systems between October and November 2022. Class members are eligible for cash payment and reimbursement of out of pocket expenses.
09/07/22 Rodan & Fields (Lash Boost) Rodan & Fields (Lash Boost) Consumers who bought Lash Boost from Rodan & Fields between October 1, 2016 and March 11, 2022 may be eligible for cash payment. The company reached a settlement over allegations of failing to disclose that the products contain the ingredient Isopropyl Cloprostenate.
09/08/22 Volkswagen (Engine Water Pumps) Volkswagen Alleges that certain 2014-2021 Volkswagen and Audi vehicles have defective engine water pumps. Consumers who purchased or leased these models may be eligible for warranty extension and reimbursement for past repairs.
09/22/22 Facebook (Internet Tracking) Facebook Facebook agreed to a $90 million settlement over allegations of improperly collecting data from Facebook users who visited non-Facebook websites. Facebook users who visited non-Facebook websites that displayed the Facebook Like button between April 22, 2010 and September 26, 2011 may be eligible for cash payment.
09/24/22 Salmon (Direct Purchaser Antitrust) Salmon Consumers who directly bought farm-raised Atlantic salmon from the defendants between April 10, 2013 and May 26, 2022 may be eligible for cash payment. The defendants reached a settlement over allegations of antitrust violations.
09/24/22 Google (BIPA) Google Illinois residents who appeared in a photograph uploaded to Google Photos between May 1, 2015 and April 25, 2022 may be eligible for cash payment. The company reached a settlement over allegations of violating Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act.
09/30/22 NGK; DENSO (Spark Plugs) NGK; DENSO Consumers who bought spark plugs directly from NGK or DENSO between January 1, 2000 and February 4, 2019 may be eligible for payment. The companies reached a settlement over allegations of antitrust violations.

fairlife Milk Products Marketing and Sales Practices
Person or business in the United States, its territories, and the District of Columbia who purchased, for personal use, any Covered Product may submit a Claim Form to receive 25% of the average retail purchase price, up to $100, for purchases of fairlife Milk Products and FOF Milk Products, if the products were purchased for personal use and not for resale, and were purchased on or before April 27, 2022.
12/31/22 Tyson Foods (Broiler Chicken Antitrust) Tyson Foods Residents of certain states who purchased fresh or frozen raw chicken indirectly from certain chicken processors during the class period (various dates depending on state) may be eligible for cash payment. The companies reached a settlement over allegations of antitrust violations.
12/31/22 Electrolux (Dryer) Electrolux The lawsuit alleges that dryers contain defects that caused them to catch on fire due to lint buildup. Consumers who purchased certain dryers that was manufactured by Electrolux between January 1, 2002 and December 31, 2011 may be eligible for reimbursement of future dryer fires.
