Today’s featured photo of the day! The feature is: Florida
Here is today’s featured photo. Continued ongoing from August into September, I’m featuring natural photos of Florida. So, here is a great portrait layout photo directly of the sunset on Paradise Beach & Park East off the N Hwy A1A, Melbourne, Florida! Wowser! Date – March 1997.
Photo taken with a Nikon FE camera through a Nikon 26 mm lens, filter=polarizer, Aperture=16 f/stop, shutter-speed 1/60th second, loaded with Fujicolor 400 Color 135 Negative Film processed with C-41 Processing Chemicals, and a Type C Print using the RA-4 enlargement paper process, onto a 3½x5″ semi-gloss print.
☼FACT: Humidity affects digital cameras too. You should take proper care – keep cameras out of the heat and sun, pay attention to moisture, and use common sense. Cameras are delicate, treat them with respect and they will respect you. In these days of film cameras, because film is a physical way of capturing images, the film while in more humid situations was sensitive and it was recommended to use a pen brush to clean out impurities from within the film and winding area. Note the scratches on the photo because a fragment was within the camera upon winding the film and did not mix very well with the high humidity of a beach in Florida. ☼
Another fine photograph to follow very soon of the great State of Florida!!
