10/27/25 Zales (TCPA violations) Zales National jewelry retailer Zales will pay $7.54 million to settle allegations that it violated the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by sending unsolicited marketing text messages to consumers whose numbers were on the National Do Not Call Registry. If you received at least two marketing text messages within a 12-month period even though you did not give Zales your phone number, and your number was registered with the Do Not Call Registry for at least 30 days before the messages were sent, you may be eligible for a payment of up to $100.
10/27/25 Block/Cash App (unlawful text messages) Block Block, the owner of peer-to-peer payment app Cash App, agreed to pay $12.5 million to settle allegations that the company violated Washington consumer protection laws by incentivizing users to send unsolicited marketing texts to their contacts. If you received a Cash App “Invite Friends” referral text message without your consent between Nov. 14, 2019, and Aug. 7, 2025, you may be eligible for payment.
10/27/25 Home Partners (unlawful contracts) Home Partners Home Partners Holdings, LLC, agreed to pay $34 million to settle a lawsuit alleging that the real estate company, which leases homes to renters with the option to purchase the property, used lease contractscontaining misleading, unenforceable or otherwise unlawful provisions, including related to repair and maintenance obligations. If you leased a home from Home Partners, or were a household member or occupant listed in a Home Partners lease, and you occupied the home during any of the following time periods, you may be eligible for payment and reimbursement of out-of-pocket repairs and maintenance: March 1, 2016–July 31, 2025 (Minnesota residents); Sept. 21, 2016–July 31, 2025 (Washington residents); May 1, 2017–July 31, 2025 (Colorado residents); Dec. 22, 2019–July 31, 2025 (residents of all other states and D.C.). (A claim form is only required if you need to update your address, request a check, or claim additional reimbursements; otherwise, payment is automatic.)
10/27/25 Align Technology/Smile Direct Club (antitrust violations) Align Technology/Smile Direct Club (antitrust violations) Align Technology, the maker of Invisalign clear dental straighteners, agreed to pay $31.75 million to settle allegations that the company violated antitrust laws by colluding with SmileDirectClub to suppress market competition. If you purchased, paid for and/or provided reimbursement for some or all of the purchase price for SmileDirectClub aligners purchased for personal use between Oct. 22, 2017, and Aug. 18, 2022, you may be eligible payment. (If you are not identified in SmileDirectClub’s records as a purchaser, you will not receive a settlement payment automatically, and must file a claim form.)
11/04/25 UnitedHealthcare (underpayment of out-of-network claims) UnitedHealthcare UnitedHealthcare agreed to pay $3.4 million to settle a case alleging that the health insurance giant underpaid claims for out-of-network medical services in North Carolina. If you are or were a North Carolina UnitedHealthcare member who received out-of-network medical services between Jan. 1, 2016, and Dec. 31, 2021, and you paid more than your coinsurance, copayment or deductible amount for these services (in other words, the provider billed you for the difference between what it charged and what UnitedHealthcare paid them), you may be eligible for payment.
11/10/25 Comerica Bank (EFTA violations) Comerica Bank et al. Comerica Bank and Conduent State & Local Solutions, Inc. agreed to pay almost $2 million to resolve claims that they denied California Way2Go cardholders’ unauthorized transaction disputes, in violation of the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA). Way2Go is a prepaid Mastercard for state residents who receive government benefits. All California Way2Go cardholders who had their unauthorized transaction disputes denied for conflicting information since July 20, 2020, will automatically receive a payment that is approximately 73% of their denied dispute amount. (Class members can update their addresses here. The deadline for exclusions and objections is Nov. 10, 2025.)
11/11/25 Panera (data breach) Panera Panera, a bakery-café chain, will pay $2.5 million to settle allegations that the company didn’t adequately protect consumer and employee data. If you received a data breach notification from Panera informing you that your personal information may have been compromised in a March 2024 data breach, you may be eligible for payment.
11/14/25 Compass Group/Canteen (overcharges) Compass Group (dba Canteen) Compass Group, which operates more than 230,000 vending machines under the business name Canteen, agreed to pay nearly $7 million to settle allegations that the company overcharged consumers who purchased items using a credit, debit or prepaid card. If you used a payment card to make a purchase from certain Canteen vending machines between 2014 and July 9, 2025, you could be eligible for a payment of $30 to $360. 11/14/25 Keurig Green Mountain (coffee maker defect) Keurig Green Mountain The maker of Keurig coffee makers agreed to pay $950,000 to settle allegations that the company’s K-Supreme, K-Supreme Plus, and K-Supreme SMART single-serve machines had a defect that caused the machines to suddenly and permanently lose power during the descaling process. If you owned one of these machines between Oct. 1, 2020, and June 20, 2025, and you experienced a malfunction during the descaling process, you may be entitled to a payment or an extended warranty. Even if you did not experience a malfunction, you might be entitled to a benefit. (Note that the claim deadline for consumers whose coffee makers experienced a malfunction prior to June 20, 2025, is Nov. 14, 2025. The claim deadline for those whose machines first experience(d) a covered malfunction after June 20, 2025, is Sept. 30, 2027.
11/18/25 AT&T (data breach) AT&T AT&T will pay $177 million to settle claims related to two data breaches that compromised consumers’ personal information or phone numbers/call data. If your information was compromised in either of the breach incidents that that were announced on March 30 or July 12 of 2024, you may be eligible for payment.
11/24/25 Evenflo (false claims) Evenflo Evenflo, which makes products for infants and small children, agreed to settle a case alleging that the company misled consumers into purchasing its “Big Kid” booster seats by claiming they were “side impact tested” and safe for children weighing 30 pounds or more when, allegedly, they were not as safe or thoroughly tested as promised in the product marketing materials. If you purchased an Evenflo “Big Kid” booster seat between Jan. 1, 2008, and Dec. 31, 2022, you may be eligible to receive payment and a credit toward a future Evenflo purchase.
12/03/25 Suffolk County (NY) (unconstitutional jail conditions) Suffolk County (NY) Suffolk County (NY) agreed to an $18 million settlement to resolve allegations that detainees and inmates are subjected to unconstitutional conditions in the county’s jails. If you are or were a detainee or inmate in the custody of the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Department and housed in the Suffolk County Correctional Facilities (SCCF) at any time between April 5, 2009 and May 27, 2025 (excluding anyone who is/was housed only in the separate Yaphank facility that opened in 2013), you may be eligible for payment.
12/09/25 Washington Nationals (age discrimination) Washington Nationals Baseball Club The Washington Nationals Baseball Club agreed to pay $3 million to settle allegations of age discrimination, in violation of the Washington, D.C. Human Rights Act, resulting from the organization’s denial of access for older baseball fans to a “Millennial” ticket discount. Consumers aged 40 or older who, between March 29, 2023, and March 28, 2024, purchased, on the Nationals or MLB.com websites, by phone or at the Nationals’ box office, an eligible single-game ticket to a Washington Nationals home baseball game scheduled to occur during the 2023 or 2024 MLB regular season may be eligible for a payment or a ticket credit.
12/14/25 Road Runner Sports (misleading automatic subscription renewals) Road Runner Sports Athletic shoe retailer Road Runner Sports agreed to settle a case alleging that the company failed to provide clear and conspicuous disclosures about the cost of VIP membership renewal and did not provide an easy way for consumers to cancel their memberships, in violation of California law. If you were enrolled in a Road Runner Sports VIP Rewards Membership in California between July 1, 2013, and May 1, 2025, and you were charged a fee to renew your membership, you may be eligible for a membership renewal discount, a free membership, and/or $15 or $25 in rewards cash, depending on your membership status. Settlement benefits are automatic for some members; currently enrolled members can receive additional benefits by filing a claim by Dec. 14, 2025.
08/04/26 Shimano (defective crankset) Shimano Shimano, a manufacturer of bicycle components, agreed to settle allegations that certain of its Hallowtech II cranksets manufactured before 2019 are defective. If you purchased, received, were given and/or owned a bicycle with one of these cranksets, you may be eligible to receive benefits (extended warranty, enhanced inspections, and/or reimbursement of replacement costs) from a class action settlement.
03/29/27 Hyundai and Kia (defective airbags) Hyundai-Kia Automobile companies Hyundai and Kia agreed to a $62.1 million settlement to resolve allegations that certain of their vehicles contain defective airbag control units, which may fail during a collision. If you owned or leased a qualifying Hyundai or Kia vehicle (listed here) in the U.S. on April 14, 2025, you may be eligible for settlement benefits, which include reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses and a separate payment.
