Today’s Featured Flower Photo of the Day:
The Morning Glory (White)
Here is today’s featured photo flower presentation. To let 2025 shine bright, I am featuring fine photos of flowers, continuing to honor the brighter side of life again this year. Today’s Flower of the day is the Morning Glory (White).
The Morning Glory (White), or the Ipomoea Purpurea, are a wild flowering vine known for its colorful trumpet-shaped flowers that bloom in the morning and fade by afternoon. The common type is called Ipomoea purpurea. These fast-growing vines can climb supports and produce new flowers each day during summer. In some cultures, they symbolize love and new beginnings. Morning glories are easy to grow in full sun and well-drained soil but are toxic to humans and pets. They also attract pollinators and enhance garden design.
