Today’s Featured Flower Photo of the Day:
The Garden Phlox (Summer)
Here is today’s featured photo flower presentation. To let 2025 shine bright, I am featuring fine photos of flowers, continuing to honor the brighter side of life again this year. Today’s Flower of the day is the The Garden Phlox (Summer).
The Garden Phlox (summer variety), or the Phlox Paniculata, are characterized by clusters of vibrant pink flowers with five petals, frequently displaying a darker pink center, accompanied by lance-shaped leaves. These plants flourish in full to partial sunlight and require moderate watering. Generally, Garden Phlox is resilient in USDA Zones 3-9, contingent upon the specific cultivar. This variety of Garden Phlox, along with others, is recognized for its delightful, clove-like scent and is appealing to pollinators such as bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds…
