A Brief History:
Going On:We cannot have people break the law and get away of it. It has been brought to my attention that certain departments are not giving illegal immigrants due process.

First, the scenario of breaking the law before being spotted by law enforcement, then getting caught: Answer this question: Do you think that it is due process for someone to get arrested walking up to an officer citing a parking ticket, while having a suspended license? It depends on the scenario. A good officer would already possibly know by the plate, if it is in the person with the suspended license has the registration, but what if it is not parked right or violated a time limit? Still the good officer will immediately ID the person approaching them trying to get out of a parking ticket–then albeit, the ID upon checking it in the system finds that the person has a suspended license. So upon approach the good officer will wonder whether this person is the person who parked it, so he/she would usually ask if. . .

  1. they intend on moving it.
  2. then if they parked it there.

Whether or not they issue the parking ticket, or not: a “yes” on question to question 1 would entail letting the suspended driver attempt to take off, and when pulling off quite quickly pull them over and arrest the. A “yes” on question to question 2 would entail immediate arrest, because by the suspended driver attesting that he/she parked it, is due arrest due to admission, even though they have not been read their rights, as it is scene admission.

The reality is, it was only a parking ticket, right? Not. Due process was followed because the driver had no right to be operating any vehicle at all, before incidence. Therefore the arrest was due process, even though the original action was only a parking ticket.

So when an illegal alien is approached and identified, they are not only arrested, but given due process under the terms of the Executive Order that protects the homeland’s court system, and an illegal alien is not able to obtain the same rights as a citizen. By illegal crossing being on record, a hearing is held for deportation, clearly within hours, and should be immediately deported upon that hearing. Therefore the arrest and deportation was due process, even though the original action was just coming into contact with police.

So this business going around by some off our politicians that illegal aliens are not getting due process by going though the court system about a violation when they should not be here at all is wrong. These politician should go back to high school and read the Constitution and United States Government law. They are obviously not too bright. By leaving illegal aliens in the country, first consumed goods are at a very unrealistically low level for all U.S. citizens, and resources for our homeless citizens and Veterans. The nation is overcrowded to the point where there are not enough facilities, making it a sanitary hazard. Crime got out of control. Organized crime skyrocketed with all sorts of illegal human trafficking was going on, and that is always dangerous. See my article:

Those politicians have to live with their mistake, and it may take decade, if not a permanent one, like the end of the Whig Party of the 1800s. These politicians keep making mistakes, and I have to remember what insanity really is: Doing the same rotten behavior, expecting different results, this time. So what makes them think that by doing it over and over, expecting different results is going to lead to the result they want when the odds are that by doing the behavior is making the situation even worse? I could only suggest that they repent, change their ways, if they want to salvage the party. Lawlessness by government officials has been frowned on upon since B.C. days, ancient times. Why do they think it is going to work, this time? They wouldn’t listen to me because they are living in denial. That is why it’s probable a terminal illness.

Significance of the Constitution: National Law Day prompts us to consider the significance of law in establishing the nation and its impact on our society. Today, we invite Americans to concentrate on the legal rights enshrined in the foundational texts of American democracy—the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States. Both documents affirm the same rights and liberties for all individuals, culminating in the judicial system.

Reasons For Living in a Lawful Society: Living in a lawful society typically leads to a longer life expectancy by ensuring safety, health, and economic stability. Law enforcement and public health systems contribute to safer environments, reducing violence and other dangers that affect lifespan. Reliable law enforcement deters crime and promotes public safety. Lawful societies also invest in public health infrastructures like sanitation and healthcare, helping to prevent diseases. Access to affordable healthcare is vital for good health and longevity. Moreover, stable economies in lawful societies allow better living standards and access to education and employment, supporting healthier lives. Strong social support systems offer resources for managing challenges, fostering social connections that enhance well-being and longevity.
