Smooth White Hydrangea

Here is today’s featured photo flower presentation. To let 2024 shine bright, I am featuring fine photos of flowers, continuing to honor the brighter side of life again this year. Today’s Flower of the day is: Smooth White Hydrangea.

The Smooth White Hydrangea, or the Hydrangea Arborescens Incrediball of the Hydrangeaceae family are such a great summer sight that just make it right. Another name for this, Incrediball Blush Hydrangea is a low-maintenance, woody, deciduous perennial shrub that belongs to the Incrediball series, developed in collaboration with Dr. Thomas G. Snow during the summer months. This remarkable enhancement of the traditional Annabelle hydrangea features enhanced durability and blooms, with sturdy stems that support large flowers from mid-summer until fall. By the time autumn arrives, the pristine white flowers transition to a green hue and remain vibrant even through frost. It is an excellent option for landscaping, hedges, and serves as an impressive choice for both fresh and dried cut flowers:

Flowers are medium: Large 2 inch to 3 inch blooms held above glossy leaves, and attract bees:

• Spacing : 4 to 5 feet (121cm – 153cm)
• Height : 3 to 6 feet (91cm – 183cm)
• Width : 4 to 5 feet (121cm – 153cm)
• Exposure : Sun, Part Sun, Part Shade
