Here is today’s featured photo flower presentation. To let 2024 shine bright, I am featuring fine photos of flowers, continuing to honor the brighter side of life again this year. Today’s Flower of the day is the Orange-Lily.

The Orange-Lily, or the Lilium Bulbiferum of the Liliales family are a great mid-summer sight for your eyes:

Orange-Lily:
Flowers are medium: 2 to 3 inches, bloom early spring all the way to early fall, and attract bees and butterflies–and are not recommended to the cat owner:

• Spacing : 9 to 18 inches (22cm – 46cm)
• Height : 24 to 60 inches (61cm – 153cm)
• Width : 2 to 3 inches (5cm – 8cm)
• Exposure : Full Sun
