The History:
Origination: An Arab trader is said to have discovered cheese using a method of milk storage. The oldest proof of cheesemaking in history can be traced back to over 5,000 years ago in Kuyavia, Poland, where milk-fat molecules were discovered on strainers. As a wedding gift, Queen Victoria (1837-1901) received a colossal wheel of Cheddar cheese. There are approximately 2,000 different types of cheese, and Macaroni and cheese is the most widely favored cheese recipe in the United States. 

Natural Vitamin Supplement: Cheese is a nutrient-dense food, offering a variety of essential vitamins (A, B6, B12, D, and K), minerals (calcium, iodine, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, and zinc), fats, proteins, and other micronutrients. Cheese occupies approximately one-tenth of the volume of the milk used to produce it.

Celebrated: The holiday is celebrated every year on June 4^th.
