Easter is Here:
The final day of Holy week is here today—Easter Sunday! The whole season started with Ash Wednesday. Forty days and forty nights (Excluding the sabbath days–Sundays), with six weeks of Fridays before Holy week. Holy week entails the celebration of The Lord’s (Last) Supper, or Maundy Thursday, then the complete sacrifice if Good Friday on the seventh Friday of Lent to be the final day of Lent in order to celebrate the ultimate sacrifice in the name of divine countenance and favor of mankind-His crucifixion. Passover started Friday this year, and goes until and ends on the evening of Saturday April 23^rd. Now, today for Christians it is Easter Sunday, a day for a time of celebration to celebrate our Savior’s rise to sit on the right hand of God the Father. And now a prayer:

Dear God,
Thank You for the resurrection of Your Son, Jesus. Celebrating Him in every day of our lives, in a world that is growing increasingly dark, Jesus helps us to hold up His light every hour of every day. Thank you for giving us the courage to speak as boldly as Mary Magdalene did, and to continue never being ashamed of proclaiming Your Good News. In Jesus’ Name.
Amen.
