For proper and complete sleep, a person should sleep eight hours a day. Adequate sleep has many benefits, some of which have been detailed.

Importance of Sleep and the Advantages of Its Lack:

  • Rejuvenation and physical repair: Sleep is essential for a new life. Because right now its size is growing and growing. This process speeds up considerably during sleep. Because during this time no part of the body is doing any kind of exercise and movement. In addition, sleep is very important for the renewal of body cells.
  • Supporting cognitive function: Sleep is deeply connected to the human brain. The brain is home to all cognitive functions (memory, problem-solving, creativity, and decision-making power, etc.).
