Exercise is very important to keep the human body strong and agile. It is not only food that the body needs, but exercise is also very important. Exercise helps our body digest food. Apart from this, it also plays an important role in the proper flow of blood and keeping the arteries open. The nerves of our body also perform their activities properly due to exercise. The most important benefit of exercise is that a person uses his energy in exercise instead of wasting it in other activities. By which a person’s physical health is restored and he does not get old soon.
Plan exercise by goal:
- If under proper plan you want to keep your body in a normal condition. You must not fight or participate in any kind of sports. In this case, you should go out to the fields and gardens every morning before the sun has risen. Run as little as you can. Breathe the cool morning air into your lungs with pleasure. After that come back and take a bath. Rest assured, you will stay active all day long and work without any fatigue.
- Obesity is the mother of all diseases. If you are overweight or obese. In this case it is very important for you to exercise. Under this goal you have to run more. Go to the gym and use a treadmill. It takes a long time to lose weight. But by exercising continuously, a person achieves his goal and thus loses weight.
- To become a complete soldier, he must go through a phase of thorough training. Which includes all the important exercises. For example, from strengthening the muscles of the body to running fast. They are even given exercises to jump into fire and water without any support. So that they can come in handy when needed. It takes about a year to train a soldier.
- Similarly, various exercises are done to become an athlete. An athlete first strengthens his body to a great extent with the help of the gym. Then it depends on the player which game he is interested in. Accordingly, then he exercises. For example, if a player’s plan is cricket, he spends many hours just spinning and throwing the ball. Thus he becomes a good player.
- Of course, even a boxer or a wrestler would not have appeared in front of thousands and millions of people like that. They spend half of their life just making their body stronger. Their workouts are pretty tough. There is a risk of breaking their bones during the competition. Therefore, they try to make their body stronger. Often they find sand etc. on their body, due to which their nerves can perform their work properly.
