| 09/25/25 | Kipling (false discounts—California) | Kipling | Kipling, which sells handbags, backpacks, luggage and other accessories, agreed to a settlement to resolve claims that it advertised discounts on prices that were never actually used to sell the products. If you purchased one or more products at any Kipling’s outlet store in California between Dec. 8, 2019, and May 29, 2025, you may be eligible for a $10 store voucher. (If you received an email notice of the settlement, you will receive the voucher automatically. Otherwise, you must submit a claim.) | |
| 09/26/25 | VNGR Beverage (Poppi soda deceptive advertising) | VNGR Beverage | The maker of Poppi soda, a prebiotic soda marketed as a healthier alternative to traditional sodas, agreed to pay $8.9 million to settle allegations of deceptive advertising related to its labeling as “gut healthy.” If you purchased any flavor or package size of Poppi beverages between January 23, 2020, and July 18, 2025, you may be eligible for payment—the amount will be based on the number of products purchased, whether proof of purchase is provided or not, and the total number of claims filed under the settlement. | |
| 10/14/25 | Whole Foods Market (organic hot cocoa mix product misrepresentation) | Whole Foods Market | Grocery chain Whole Foods Market agreed to settle a case alleging that, because the company’s 12-oz 365 Organic Hot Cocoa Rich Chocolate Flavor Mix and 12-oz 365 Everyday Value Organic Hot Cocoa Rich Chocolate Flavor Mix were sold in large and opaque cannisters that contained non-functional empty space, consumers were led to believe they were purchasing more cocoa powder than they got for the price they paid. If you purchased either of these productsfrom a Whole Foods store in California between Nov. 3, 2017, and March 13, 2025, you may be eligible for payment. | |

| 10/27/25 | Align Technology/Smile Direct Club (antitrust violations) | Align Technology/Smile Direct Club (antitrust violations) | Align Technology, the maker of Invisalign clear dental straighteners, agreed to pay $31.75 million to settle allegations that the company violated antitrust laws by colluding with SmileDirectClub to suppress market competition. If you purchased, paid for and/or provided reimbursement for some or all of the purchase price for SmileDirectClub aligners purchased for personal use between Oct. 22, 2017, and Aug. 18, 2022, you may be eligible payment. (If you are not identified in SmileDirectClub’s records as a purchaser, you will not receive a settlement payment automatically, and must file a claim form.) | |
| 11/14/25 | Keurig Green Mountain (coffee maker defect) | Keurig Green Mountain | The maker of Keurig coffee makers agreed to pay $950,000 to settle allegations that the company’s K-Supreme, K-Supreme Plus, and K-Supreme SMART single-serve machines had a defect that caused the machines to suddenly and permanently lose power during the descaling process. If you owned one of these machines between Oct. 1, 2020, and June 20, 2025, and you experienced a malfunction during the descaling process, you may be entitled to a payment or an extended warranty. Even if you did not experience a malfunction, you might be entitled to a benefit. (Note that the claim deadline for consumers whose coffee makers experienced a malfunction prior to June 20, 2025, is Nov. 14, 2025. The claim deadline for those whose machines first experience(d) a covered malfunction after June 20, 2025, is Sept. 30, 2027. | |
| 11/24/25 | Evenflo (false claims) | Evenflo | Evenflo, which makes products for infants and small children, agreed to settle a case alleging that the company misled consumers into purchasing its “Big Kid” booster seats by claiming they were “side impact tested” and safe for children weighing 30 pounds or more when, allegedly, they were not as safe or thoroughly tested as promised in the product marketing materials. If you purchased an Evenflo “Big Kid” booster seat between Jan. 1, 2008, and Dec. 31, 2022, you may be eligible to receive payment and a credit toward a future Evenflo purchase. | |
| 12/09/25 | Washington Nationals (age discrimination) | Washington Nationals Baseball Club | The Washington Nationals Baseball Club agreed to pay $3 million to settle allegations of age discrimination, in violation of the Washington, D.C. Human Rights Act, resulting from the organization’s denial of access for older baseball fans to a “Millennial” ticket discount. Consumers aged 40 or older who, between March 29, 2023, and March 28, 2024, purchased, on the Nationals or MLB.com websites, by phone or at the Nationals’ box office, an eligible single-game ticket to a Washington Nationals home baseball game scheduled to occur during the 2023 or 2024 MLB regular season may be eligible for a payment or a ticket credit. | |
| 12/14/25 | Road Runner Sports (misleading automatic subscription renewals) | Road Runner Sports | Athletic shoe retailer Road Runner Sports agreed to settle a case alleging that the company failed to provide clear and conspicuous disclosures about the cost of VIP membership renewal and did not provide an easy way for consumers to cancel their memberships, in violation of California law. If you were enrolled in a Road Runner Sports VIP Rewards Membership in California between July 1, 2013, and May 1, 2025, and you were charged a fee to renew your membership, you may be eligible for a membership renewal discount, a free membership, and/or $15 or $25 in rewards cash, depending on your membership status. Settlement benefits are automatic for some members; currently enrolled members can receive additional benefits by filing a claim by Dec. 14, 2025. | |
| 03/29/27 | Hyundai and Kia (defective airbags) | Hyundai-Kia | Automobile companies Hyundai and Kia agreed to a $62.1 million settlement to resolve allegations that certain of their vehicles contain defective airbag control units, which may fail during a collision. If you owned or leased a qualifying Hyundai or Kia vehicle (listed here) in the U.S. on April 14, 2025, you may be eligible for settlement benefits, which include reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses and a separate payment. | |
