| 01/30/26 | Papaya Gaming (misleading consumers) | Papaya Gaming | Papaya Gaming, which develops and hosts a platform where players compete against each other for cash winnings in games such as Solitaire Cash, Bubble Cash and 21 Cash, agreed to a $15 million settlement to resolve allegations that the company misled players into thinking the games were skill-based when, in actuality, the players were competing with bots rather than other humans. If you had a Papaya account and made a deposit into one or more of Papaya’s games between Jan. 1, 2019, and Sept. 5, 2024, you may be eligible for a cash payment or an in-game cash distribution. (If you have an active Papaya account, you can receive an in-game cash distribution without submitting a claim form.) | |
| 02/20/26 | ZOA Energy (false claims) | ZOA Energy | PZOA Energy, co-founded by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, agreed to pay $3 million to settle allegations that the company’s drinks contain preservatives, even though the products are marketed as being preservative-free. If you purchased ZOA Energy drinks labeled with “0 preservatives” between March 1, 2021, and Nov. 21, 2025, you may be eligible for payment. | |
| 03/04/26 | Wells Fargo (subscription billing) | Wells Fargo | Wells Fargo agreed to pay $33 million to settle a class action lawsuit alleging that the bank assisted Apex, Triangle and Tarr entities—three groups of related companies—in misleading consumers into signing up for monthly subscriptions. The three entities allegedly ran a large-scale consumer fraud scheme in which they ran “free” trial offers for things like e-cigarettes, personal care products, and dietary supplements yet charged consumers who signed up the full price for the products and enrolled them in monthly subscription plans without their consent. If you were charged and/or enrolled in one of these subscriptions without your agreement, you may be eligible for payment. | |
| 08/04/26 | Shimano (defective crankset) | Shimano | Shimano, a manufacturer of bicycle components, agreed to settle allegations that certain of its Hallowtech II cranksets manufactured before 2019 are defective. If you purchased, received, were given and/or owned a bicycle with one of these cranksets, you may be eligible to receive benefits (extended warranty, enhanced inspections, and/or reimbursement of replacement costs) from a class action settlement. | |

| 03/29/27 | Hyundai and Kia (defective airbags) | Hyundai-Kia | Automobile companies Hyundai and Kia agreed to a $62.1 million settlement to resolve allegations that certain of their vehicles contain defective airbag control units, which may fail during a collision. If you owned or leased a qualifying Hyundai or Kia vehicle (listed here) in the U.S. on April 14, 2025, you may be eligible for settlement benefits, which include reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses and a separate payment. | |
