Because of the beauty from the eye in the sky. . .I am featuring a .GIF of the whole loop of Atlantic Tropical Storm Ophelia, an Atlantic tropical storm that affected east coast areas of the United States and Canada, and no reported fatalities, and an estimated $450 million in damage in the US on 9/23, making landfall in North Carolina with winds of 70 mph, storm surge flooded the Outer Banks of North Carolina and much of eastern North Carolina Inundation, 4 feet of inundation along the Neuse River near Janeiro, docks and homes were washed into the water on the Pamlico River in Belhaven, around 14,000 homes and businesses in North Carolina and Virginia lost power, water levels in the lower bay and lower James River approached or exceeded +3ft MHHW, tidal flooding was observed as far up the James River as Hopewell, and coastal flooding occurred in Delaware and along parts of the Jersey Shore. Ophelia started off the western Atlantic at 27°N & 77°W, moving northwest to northward moving inland at South Carolina, fizzling near 47°N & 32°W, as featured all on one loop, on .GIPHY:
