Today’s Featured Flower Photo of the Day: Nannyberry
Here is today’s featured photo flower presentation. To let this year shine bright, I am featuring fine photos of flowers, continuing to honor the brighter side of life again this year. Today’s Flower of the day is the Nannyberry.
The Nannyberry (wild raisin, sweet viburnum, sheepberry) or the Viburnum lentago L., is a versatile native shrub with excellent year-round interest. The Nannyberry Viburnum features showy white flowers in May and burgundy leaf color in autumn with dark. The Nannyberry grows to a height of 15 to 20 feet, and likes the clay soil type. The Nannyberry is best grown in the full Sun or part shade, and with good drainage, not low-lying areas.
