Sandy, this is not my widget, but according to SweepWidget the administrating giveaway template service, the following recommendation reference states – “If you are using a VPN, disable it. – Try entering with a different email address.” I understand from my experience that there is a host of people using VPN’s in order to procure being able to enter in multiple entries, sometimes referred to as “bots”. I think in order for you to be able to enter, you are going to have to disable your VPN during the entry process. My blog has had some batches of bot entries in the past and it makes administrating the giveaway near impossible and it took almost three months to pick a winner in one giveaway. I hope that this helps.
