I am honoring and contribute to persons with disabilities. Life is never easy, but while living with a disability, like I have, we still deal have to deal with life living with a disability. President Joseph R. Biden on 12/2/21 has declared the following {LINK}:

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH R. BIDEN JR., President of the United States of America, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, do hereby proclaim December 3, 2021, as International Day of Persons with Disabilities.  I call on all Americans to observe this day with appropriate ceremonies, activities, and programs.

As with any disability, the beginning phase of legal determination starts with a medical diagnosis from a licensed doctor of medicine. The type of disability the doctor writes is determined by the type of diagnosis the doctor determines. The disability is then determined by a proper department of govern, such as the Social Security Administration or the Veteran’s Administration. The American Disabilities Act, enacted in July 26, 1990 by the 101st U.S. Congress is the act that legally defines any disabilities. The American Disabilities Act is a civil rights law that prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities in all areas of public life, including jobs, schools, transportation, and all public and private places that are open to the general public. The purpose of the law is to make sure that people with disabilities have the same rights and opportunities as everyone else. The American Disabilities Act gives civil rights protections to individuals with disabilities similar to those provided to individuals on the basis of race, color, sex, national origin, age, and religion. It guarantees equal opportunity for individuals with disabilities in public accommodations, employment, transportation, state and local government services, and telecommunications. The American Disabilities Act is divided into five titles (or sections) that relate to different areas of public life., and becomes enacted  sometimes through trial. I am listing some resources for persons, as I have referred to the lists many times in the past. You can either do it for yourself or hire an advocacy group to assist in getting the proper resources. As I experienced in the past, you certainly cannot rely on the government to assist you, as they won’t. Even the proper departments can state that they are not allowed to “give legal advice”, even though assistance is NOT legal advice. Often times persons working for government agencies will even state that they cannot give advice, so these I hope that sharing these resource groups can assist:
